I was planning to do that! But since only 2/3 people came I thought no one would join me to get the cape.. So I levelled it and bought the cape right away.

Yeah, new members have to wait 7 days before posting a LINK or a PICTURE.
As example; on the old TL forums, alot of bots made a account and spammed the fuck out of the forums with Viagra links, so that's why.
And Eli made it once you say "L-O-L" it says that.
